- Hula-hoop (a little bit heavy)
- jumping rope
- Pilates
- facial exercises
- And a once and a while tuck-in
- Progression and increase of capacity every now and then
- Legs moved up with body to the side (you can learn to split too)
- Good posture
- Smile :)
