Determination to Lose Weight

Mmkay, so me and my sisters are determined to have a better lifestyle through exercise. My elder sister researched the net like crazy for simple tips. I'd love to share them:

  • Hula-hoop (a little bit heavy)
  • jumping rope
  • Pilates
  • facial exercises
  • And a once and a while tuck-in
  • Progression and increase of capacity every now and then
  • Legs moved up with body to the side (you can learn to split too)
  • Good posture
  • Smile :)
I'll add up if we find out more. ^^ Ciao.
